Karin Jurick Workshop

I just attended Karin Jurick's workshop on Hilton Head Island.  It was fabulous.  I learned so very much and met so many wonderful artists.  This is the first painting I did from Karin's photograph.  It is 8x10...very small for me but I thoroughly enjoyed painting it.

After spending the morning painting we headed out to the beach to take covert pictures for our second day of painting.

  6. I know...we didn't look conspicuous at all...with our matching sweatshirts...hats and large cameras! No one suspected a thing!

  8. Thanks so much Kathy. I am so glad you joined us on Friday and we got a chance to meet. I include you in the artists who inspire me! I love the painting you did for Kelley...your brush strokes are wonderful...so loose and easy looking. I hope our paths cross again soon...if not I will keep up with you on your blog!
